RAYMOND LE BLANC Raymond Joseph Arthur Le Blanc, beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, passed away on November 3, 2018, at the age of 81, after a short battle with cancer. He leaves to mourn his passing, his wife of 59 years, Genny (Allard) and their three children: Denise (Darrell Reimer), Leigh (Randy Hampton), and Serge; grandchildren, Dan (Ashley), Peter, Erin, Simon, Sylvie, Stéphanie, Mathieu; and great-grandchildren, Jordynn, Jayde and Jaxynn. He is survived by three brothers: Léo, Roland and Yvon; and one sister, Corinne; as well as brothers-in-law, Gene, Bert and Marcel (and their wives); and sisters-in-law, Theresa and Pearl, along with many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents, Simon and Marie (née Dumas); brothers, Joseph, Irénée, Eugène, Gilbert and their spouses; and sisters, Juliette, Yvonne, Maria, Blanche, Simonne and their spouses. The family wishes to thank all the medical personnel who helped Ray during his illness, for the great kindness and respect they showed him, and in particular the staffs at NE3 at Concordia Hospital and the radiation team at CancerCare. You were the hands and feet of Christ for him and for our family. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated at the Notre-Dame-de-Lorette Parish, 1282 Dawson Road, Lorette, Manitoba, on Friday, November 9, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba Foundation, in honour of Ray.   • My deepest sympathies go to Ray's family. I worked at MPI with Ray and enjoyed the frequent working relationships with him. We had many lunches together and pleasant discussions.
