ANNE MONK 1928 - 2018 It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear mother, Anne Monk (nee Wozniak) on Monday, November 12, 2018. Left behind to cherish the memories are her three children, Maureen Irvine (Ian), Jeffrey Monk (Sue) and Lisa Brooks (Scott). Mom was blessed with four grandchildren, Dixie, Evan, Brett and Adam who were the lights of her life. Her loving husband Arnold Monk predeceased Mom in 2006. The family is honouring Anne's wishes by planning a private, graveside service to be held at a future date. Our family would like to extend our sincere gratitude Dr. Kevin Saunders, the staff and volunteers at Middlechurch Home. Each of you provided wonderful care and a loving environment for our mother during her stay. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 1379 Kenaston Boulevard, Winnipeg, MB R3P 2T5. Maureen Lisa and family. I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. My name is Susan Fedorchuk I was your Mom's primary hairstylest for several years. I loved doing her hair and listening to her stories about her husband and their trips and about her family. All our staff loved when she came to get her hair done as she was so fun to talk with. Dear Maureen, Jeff, Lisa and family We are so sad to see that Anne has passed way. We have wonderful memories of the IHS convention that we attended with both Arnie and Anne.
