Lavonne had a great effect on my life. She was my Spiritual Mentor for many years. Lavonne was very wise, spiritually and whoever she was around was blessed by her wisdom. I met Lavonne in 1978. All my love to her family and I am so sorry, I can't be there tomorrow. Glenda Bates. (Pressman) - Posted by: Glenda Bates (Friend) on: Nov 25, 2018

Our condolences to the family, especially to Iris, Brian, Marcia & Dean and their families. I have cards which I wanted to send to each of you, but the mail strike has interrupted those plans. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Losing a mother is difficult, as you recollect times gone by - may you cherish each memory in your individual way. We would love to attend the Celebration of Life, but the distance in miles will prohibit this. We will continue to pray for you. - Posted by: Tony & Ruth Novak (Children's Aunt & Uncle) on: Nov 22, 2018

My sympathy to you, Ann, Kay, and Linda on the passing of your sister Gertrude, as I knew her. It has been a long time since I had connections with any one of you but I do remember you as friends in the Elmwood Church. It would be good to hear more from you via telephone or email. Once again, my sympathy to you and to the family. Lottie Redekopp (nee Janzen) - Posted by: Charlotte (Lottie) Redekopp (family friend) on: Nov 20, 2018
