JANET NORMAND It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Janet Normand, aged 92, on November 16, 2018 at the Maples Personal Care Home. Janet will be lovingly remembered by her children, Niles, Charmaine and Charlene (Jorge), grandchildren, Brandy (Darryl), Somer, Ryan, Curtis (Laura), Sean (Lisa), Adam, Kevin (Chantal), Danielle (Russell) and Kelsey, great-grandchildren, Justin, Emily, Cameron, Riley and Lindsey, sisters, Kay and Adeline, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Donat, daughter Kathy, and daughter-in-law Patricia. Born in 1926 in Melrose, Manitoba and retired from Holy Family Nursing Home. Janet loved to cook and bake and her greatest enjoyment came from feeding her family. Funeral service will be held on Monday, November 26, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the Green Acres Funeral Home, Highway 1 East at Navin Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba, viewing will take place one half hour prior.
