He will be deeply missed by all those who knew him. Don was predeceased by wife Janis; parents, Evelyn and Albert; as well as brothers, Richard, Greg and John. Don leaves behind his daughter Alisa; sons, Michael (Melanie) and Evan (Jamie); sisters, Mary Ann (Kevin) and Therese (Michael); brother Edward (Lindsey); sisters-in-law, Maureen (Greg) and Ela (John); as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, and two granddaughters. We think of you often as we walk almost daily to “Don’s beach.” It is a lovely spot overlooking Howe Sound in British Columbia that is postcard perfect, and full of cherished memories. We miss you. - Posted by: MaryAnn & Kevin Sorenson (Sister & Brother-in-Law) on: Nov 10, 2021

Oh my brother Don, I am still thinking of you 3 years later and still missing your voice! Mike and I have recently moved and boy do I have a lot of projects to do around here that you would love to get your hands on! I was using one of your screwdrivers yesterday and I thought of you and now that I had used a tool of yours, you have put your lending hand into our new home...THANK YOU! I love and miss you - Posted by: Therese Brown (Sister) on: Aug 16, 2021

My condolences to his family. I knew Doc many years ago through his sister Mary Ann, St. Norbert days. He was a gentle man and full of humor. RIP Doc. - Posted by: Dawn Bronk (Friend) on: Dec 03, 2018

Rest now Don, we miss you. One of my favorite memories of my childhood with you is when you pulled John, Ed and I in the sled behind the skidoo on the farm. Such fun!!! Love You - Posted by: Therese (Sister) on: Dec 01, 2018
