BLANCHE HARPER Peacefully, on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at the Tri-Lake Health Center in Killarney, Manitoba, Blanche Harper, aged 88 years of Baldur, MB. passed away. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
