He will be remembered by his loving wife Donna; daughter Crystal (Brad); granddaughter Charlotte; brothers, Travis, Peter; sister Barb; as well as he leaves behind many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews. Gerry was born in Winnipeg and lived his early years in Minnedosa and later Flin Flon. He worked at HBMS in Flin Flon and then for Major-Midwest Drilling for 20 years. After an accident, he went back to school and received his certificate (with Honours) as an Occupational Health and Safety Officer. He was a hard worker and put 100 percent into everything he did. He was most recently employed at ACL Ind. in Beausejour. Gerry's passions were fishing and sports. He never missed a Jets, Blue Bomber or Blue Jays game if possible. He also loved playing lawn darts and was very competitive. As per Gerry's wishes, cremation has taken place and a celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
