DAVID ROBINS It is with deep sadness that the family announces the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, David Robins, on Wednesday, December 19, 2018, in Winnipeg, Manitoba. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 27, 2018, at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave., Winnipeg, Manitoba. A longer notice will follow in the coming days. David was larger than life, with a laugh to match. He loved people, and would give you the shirt off his back, and then some. If you were his friend, you were his friend for life. David and I were in grade 7 together at Grant Park. I recently got back in touch with him at a reunuion of friends. 50 years later. Kidz N Da Hood. I am really saddened by his passing because of the talks we had at these get-togethers. But also happy I had the opportunity to see him these last couple of years.
