ELIZABETH MICHALSKI July 30, 1931 - December 21, 2018 Elizabeth Michalski (nee Sedun) passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on December 21, 2018 at Jocelyn House. Born in Belarus and immigrating to Canada as a child, she was the only daughter in a family with six brothers. Liz married Bill Michalski May 25, 1951. Together they raised their three boys in Winnipeg. Liz leaves with us a legacy of love, a passion for life and a light in our hearts. She was a devoted, selfless and protective mother and wife. She will be remembered by many for her service in ministry to the church and to her Saviour. Liz was predeceased by her infant daughter Pearl Hope, and her husband Bill, of 58 years. She leaves behind three sons, Ron (Jill), Bruce (Rosalie) and Gerry (Sharon), as well as eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Her children call her blessed; Her husband also and he praises her. "Many women do noble things but you surpass them all." Charm is deceptive, beauty is fleeting but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Honour her for all her hands have done.
