Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOYCE LOUISE DERRAUGH It is with deep sadness we announce the passing of Joyce on January 5, 2019 at the age of 93. Left to cherish her memory are daughters, Mary Louise (Al) Phillips and Susan Honer, grandchildren, Evan and Shayla Honer and many nieces and nephews. Joyce was predeceased by her loving husband of 44 years, Stanley; parents, Herbert and Mary Ann Johnson; sisters, Dorothy, Hazel and Kay and son-in-law Darryl Honer. While all Joyce jokingly wanted for her obituary was, "She came, she shopped, she went", Mum meant much more than that to all of us. She will be remembered for her oil and watercolour paintings, sewing and knitting, baking and birthday parties and her many other creative endeavours. Joyce enjoyed the company of the friends she made over the years through school, work, church and her many social groups. The family sends their heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Vista Park Lodge Personal Care Home for their loving and compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joyce's name to Gordon King Memorial United Church, 127 Cobourg Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2L 0H4 or to the charity of one's choice.
