PHILIP (PT) TAYLOR It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Philip Taylor who left us peacefully on January 7, 2019 at the age of 82 PT was born in Montreal, QC and made his way to Winnipeg in the 1950s where he made his home for the past 60 years. Over the years PT worked various careers from glazing windows, working at newspapers, owning/operating Park Cleaners and lastly working for Klassen Bronze until his retirement in 2002. PT had the gift for gab and always liked sitting on patios talking with his friends, sharing stories and his knowledge. However nothing made him happier than spending time with Bogo, his co-pilot/navigator, who happily joined him for almost every car ride. PT had many hobbies which included a passion for woodworking, music and tinkering with things. He would always make time to help out a friend with their projects. In accordance with his wishes we are hosting a Celebration of Life at Tavern United, 2100 McPhillips on February 7, 2019 starting at 3:00 p.m. This date was chosen as it features a hockey game between PT's two teams, the Habs and the Jets at 6:30 p.m. Whether you can come for a quick visit or stay for the game we encourage everyone to come down to share stories and memories as well as raise a glass to help celebrate PT whose presence will be greatly missed around the table. Condolences may be left at seasonsfunerals.ca
