Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMAJOR BENJAMIN DAVID SEMCHUK It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Major Ben Semchuk (retired), on December 31, 2018 at the Gimli Hospital. Ben was born on September 13, 1936. He is predeceased by his father Alex, mother Helen, wife Joyce and daughter Sherrie. He took great pride for his services with the Canadian Armed Forces. He spent as much time as possible hunting and fishing. He enjoyed the last months of his life surrounded by a family with young children who he regaled with his "BIG" and small hunting and fishing tales. Graveside service will take place on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 at 11:00 a.m., at All Saints Cemetery, 4535 Main Street, Winnipeg. MacKenzie Funeral Home Stonewall 204-467-2525 info@mackenziefh.com
