Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLOUIS KEROUANTON August 12, 1923 - January 30, 2019 Our precious brother and Uncle Louis passed away peacefully January 30, 2019, at Parkview Place Personal Care Home. He was predeceased by his wife Laurette, of 35 years in 1997; brother Paul in 2003; and his niece Michelle in 2018. Louis is survived by his sisters, Yvonne Carrette of Winnipeg, Marie (Leonard) Riding of Oliver, BC; nephews, Kerry (Melanie), Lawrence (Chantal); nieces, Sandra (Glenn), Donna (Ryan), Cheryl (Barrett), Roslyn (Tom); and several great-nephews and nieces. Louis worked as a school custodian in the Transcona School Division for many years until his retirement and was called Mr. K by all the children. He also served in the Second World War in England. He was a devout Roman Catholic and attended Mass regularly at St. Joseph the Worker Parish and belonged to the Knights of Columbus until prevented by ill health. He enjoyed music and in his younger years played the violin. Everyone who knew him loved him. Our thanks to the dedicated fifth floor staff of Parkview Place for their care and compassion over the past four years.
