MRS. EMMAREITA (RITA) NORA VOLLETT (formerly NASH) (nee FOLEY) 1929 - 2019 Rita Vollett passed comfortably on February 5, 2019, at the St. Boniface Hospital Palliative Care Unit. She leaves to mourn her passing, her children, Milton, Randy, Kathryn, Patrick, and Gregory Nash, as well as her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her son Barry, her parents, Jean Baptiste and Marjorie Foley, and her seven siblings. Cremation has taken place. Interment and private family service will be held at a later date at Brookside Cemetery. Flowers gratefully declined, donations may be made to Manitoba Cancer Treatment and Research Foundation. There are not enough words to express the family's gratitude to all the wonderful people who cared for our mother. We would like to thank staff of the Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital, St. Boniface CancerCare, Health Sciences CancerCare and visiting nurses from Community Palliative Care for all their compassionate support.
