Sincerest condolences to Debra and Family, Unable to attend the celebration of life of Phil. Enjoyed working with Phil for many years on HSC construction projects. His dry wit especially at contractor site meetings always kept things in perspective. James Stewart, Nanaimo, B.C. - Posted by: James Stewart (Friend and business associate.) on: Feb 10, 2019

Phillip always had a grin - either he was going to pull your chain, tell you not to worry or he truly had a good joke for you. He has been missed around HSC since he retired. Was blessed to see him just a few months ago and he was still a great as ever. My prayers are with the family during this time of loss and grief. - Posted by: Craig Doerksen (Coworker) on: Feb 09, 2019

We wish to express our deepest sympathy — Debbie and Phillip were a team at office Christmas parties throughout the years, making sure all guests were greeted, prizes displayed appropriately, and a good time was had by all. His warm conversations, his able assistance to Debbie, are precious teamwork memories. We will all miss him dearly, Henry & Hildegard - Posted by: Hildegard & Henry Loewen (Friends) on: Feb 09, 2019
