Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySOLANGE VERRIER 1920 - 2019 Solange Verrier passed away peacefully on Monday, February 11, 2019, at the age of 98. She will be sadly missed by her sons and daughters, Gilbert, deceased (Annette Bourrier), Roland, deceased (Diane Chatel), Marie-Paule (Claude Bourgouin), Victor (Gisèle Labossière), Madeleine (Jorge da Silva), Denis (Irène Pelletier), Diane (Maurice Lévesque), Angèle (Roland Kirouac), Gilles (Thérèse Marion), Armand (Cécile Harel), Réal (Louise Lévesque), Nicole (Léo Lévesque), Ginette (Gérald Jolicoeur), Hélène (Shane Shodine); 40 grandchildren; 78 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Aurore Courcelles and Noëlla Simard; and two brothers, Noël Courcelles and Roger Courcelles. Also left to mourn are many brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Solange cherished spending time with her family. Her greatest joy was cradling her precious grandbabies. Viewing will take place at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, February 16, 2019, followed by mass at 11:00 a.m., at La Broquerie Roman Catholic Church. Interment to follow at La Broquerie Parish Cemetery. In lieu of flowers,donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba, 120 Donald Street, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2. Mes sincères condoléances à toutes les cousins et cousines pour le décès de Tante Solange, ma marraine! Je n'ai que de bons souvenirs d'elle et de son grand coeur! Our deepest sympathies to all the family on this sad occasion. Aunt Solange was a warm and loving person who always made us feel welcome when we visited La Broquerie during our trips from Red Lake Road, Ontario. Even with 14 children she always made room for my brother Augie, my sister Georgette and myself to stay a few days. Her generosity and hospitality will always be appreciated and remembered.
