Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryRONALD VICTOR OMINSKI On February 9, 2019, Ron passed away, at Fred Douglas Lodge, at the age of 80. Ron is survived by his wife Bev, of 56 years, son Brice, brother Ted of Kelowna, BC, sister Wanda, sister-in-law Jean, and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Louise, father Alex, brother Ed, sisters, Mary (Nick), Hedy (Joe), Vicky (Bill), Jean, Irene, and sister-in-law Gladys of Kelowna, BC. Ron's first job was at The Tribune and then became an Air Traffic Controller Assistant until retirement. A very special thanks to the staff of Fred Douglas Lodge. A private memorial service to be held at a later date, with interment in Transcona Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Fred Douglas Lodge, 1275 Burrows Ave., Winnipeg, MB R2X 0B8 or to a charity of your choice. In the arms of God forever.
