Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWENDY MARIE WALL (nee CLEVELAND) July 21,1956 - February 7, 2019 With heavy hearts, and her husband at her side, we announce the passing of Wendy Wall, on February, 7, 2019. Left to cherish her memory, are Wendy's husband Glenn, her children; Amber (Mike), Jayson (Shawna); grandchildren, Raine, Ainsley and Daxton; brother and sisters, Reg (Char), Judy, Donna (Alex), Debbie (Brian) and sister-in-law Wendy. Also many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Wendy was predeceased by her mom and dad Robert and Gladys Cleveland; in-laws, Jack and Helen Wall, brothers-in-law, Neil and Mike and nephew Adam. Wendy's life would begin in Moose Jaw July 21, 1956. Eventually landing in Winnipeg in 1967. It was here that Wendy would transform from a girl who could be a thorn in her sisters' sides, to a beautiful young woman who's infectious smile and laugh would catch the eye of Glenn in high school. Although just good friends at this time, it was after Wendy graduated from school and about a year later at social event that Wendy and Glenn would reconnect. This is when the magic began. First the engagement, then marriage to follow in 1977 and soon after Amber was born with Jayson right on her heels. Wendy excelled in being a mother and wife. As the kids grew older this is when Wendy would resume her work career, first at the Royal Bank and then at Purolator, Wendy always took her jobs seriously and would make many longtime friends along the way. The next phase in her life and one of the most joyous would be to become a grandparent to her precious grandchildren, who knew her as Nanny. Her love was endless towards them. Wendy was a wonderful cook and also liked to bake treats, camping, reading, word-books, walking, golf, sitting in the backyard with Glenn, having a glass of wine and travelling were some of the things Wendy enjoyed, Hawaii and Vancouver Island being her favourite places. As her husband, I was so blessed to call Wendy my wife, friend and partner in life. We will all miss her dearly. We would like to thank Victoria Hospital, 5th Floor and St. Boniface Palliative Ward for all their care, compassion and dignity for Wendy during her stay. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba or to an organization of your choice. A celebration of Wendy's life will be held at a later date. To my dear wife, your heart, soul and spirt are now free, I love you so much honey. And we will meet again!! Love forever, your hubby. Wendy was a good friend of mine and it breaks my heart to hear of her passing. Wendy and I were hired the same day at the same company. We went to Edmonton for 2 week training and that’s where our friendship bonded. I never saw Wendy not smiling and saying funny things. I will missing you my friend. RIP 😥 - Posted by: Tracy Czoch (Friend) on: Feb 22, 2019

I have very fond memories of Wendy and I visiting her brother in Florida, getting lost driving around. And having many laughs about it. Talked about that adventure for years. My condolences to Glenn, and family. - Posted by: Brenda Hendrickson (Friend) on: Feb 16, 2019

I wish to extend my deepest sympathy to Wendy's family. Even though we had lost touch over the years I still have great memories of our childhood friendship. We did see each other at Curves a few years back. She talked of becoming a grandmother & I'm sure they were the light of her life.
