Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDR. PREM SHANKER 1930 - 2019 Peacefully on Monday, February 18, 2019, Dr. Prem passed away at the age of 89 years. He will be loving remembered by sisters, Vinodini Srivastava, Saroj Srivastava and Kamini Verma; cousin Dr. Girija Shanker as well as numerous nieces and nephews. He retired as a Professor in Psychology at University of Winnipeg after 25 years. He had an extensive education with two PhDs and a law degree. He liked to travel and give back to the community by establishing scholarships and by funding a temple built in India. Service will be held on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Thomson "In the Park" Funeral Home, 1291 McGillivray Boulevard.
