Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOSEPHINE COUTU (nee BOYER) She was born on July 20, 1914 in St. Laurent, Manitoba. On February 14, 2019, at the age of 104 years, she went to join her husband Ralph Coutu, her parents, Elzear and Marianne Boyer, three sisters, 10 brothers and their wives. Her family circle is now complete. She leaves behind five children, 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, one great-great-granddaughter. As per her wishes, cremation has taken place and no service will be held. She will take one last journey to her hometown of St. Laurent, Manitoba. Her ashes will be carried by her beloved great-grandchildren, Ashton, Waylon, and great-great-granddaughter Danica, and will be laid to rest at Neil Bardal's Memorial Garden. The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Fred Douglas Lodge for their thoughtfulness, compassion and understanding shown to us during this time, and during her stay. Rest in Peace Mom, Memere, Kookum. You will be missed dearly. We will miss you, love Marilyn and Frank, Claudia and Francis, Ashton, Danica, Nicholas, and Waylon.
