Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTARAS (TERRY) FEDEROWICH February 24, 1940 - January 26, 2019 It is with great sadness, after a lengthy battle with cancer, we announce the peaceful passing of our dear brother, uncle and brother-in-law Taras. Taras was predeceased by his wife, Jean, of 41 years, his mother Helen Moncek, maternal grandmother Todosia Probizanski, father John Federowich, and many family members. Taras will be remembered by his sisters, Bernice Minsky and Olga Warren (Murray); and brother Dr. John Moncek (Alicja); sisters-in-law, Olga Lilke and Shirley Zgoda; his beloved nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly, numerous cousins and friend Mae. He worked as a heavy equipment technician for Standard Auto Springs for 28 years until a work related injury forced him to retire early. Taras was born in Vita, MB and lived in West St. Paul most of his life with his wife Jean. He will always be remembered as a gentle soul who wore his heart on his sleeve. The family would like to thank Dr. Pat Harris and wonderful staff at Grace Hospital CancerCare for taking care of Taras over the years. Memorial service will take place at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 16, 2019 in the chapel of Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St., West St. Paul with Reverend Father Volodymyr Bashutskyy officiating. Taras will be interred with his wife Jean in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens with a reception to follow.
