Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCECILIA MARIE ALLARD (nee BRUCE) September 24, 1924 - March 4, 2019 With great sadness we say goodbye to our dear mother and wonderful grandmother, Cecilia. She was predeceased by Leo, her husband of 72 years, in July 2014, daughter Benita, daughter-in-law Terrie, and granddaughter Yvonne. Survived by her children, Don, Marleen (Orest), Lina (Rene), Jerry (Sheila), Carol (Richard), Roger (Sandra), Alvin (Judy) and Barry (Linda). Her legacy lives on with 20 grandchildren. Also remaining to remember her are brothers-in-law, Arthur Allard, Jules Allard and Herb Perkin, and sisters-in-law, Suzanne Bruce and Donna Bruce. As the last survivor in the long line of her Bruce family, mother had the opportunity to host a Bruce family reunion in 2017 in her hometown of St. Laurent with nearly 200 in attendance. She found tremendous joy in being of service to her family, friends and community. Memories of her kindness and love will forever live in our hearts.
