  • I worked closely with Gordon for many years. What a great guy! The person one went to for results. But over and above that-a true gentleman. Smooth sailing my friend. - Posted by: Clifton Grevstad (Friend, co-worker) on: Mar 12, 2019

  • I knew Gordon on the phone through work for M-A-N-Y years and always found him to be a great guy to deal with. He worked for Monarch Industries, and used the company I worked for to ship freight to the U.S.A. and we used to talk often, business and personal. He was so devastated when he lost Violet and once he retired, I did not talk to him for many, many years. A few years ago, I looked him up in the phone book and called and talked to him and it was so nice to get caught up on how he was doing and that he lived close by. We were going to go for coffee at Grant Park, but, never got around to it. It is nice for him to be reunited with Violet now and happy again. RIP Good Friend, it was always so nice when you called and we chatted... Another good man gone... Take care kiddo.
