GARTH W. ELLIS April 16, 1951 - March 23, 2019 It is with unbearable sorrow we have sent our dear Garth home to be with his Lord and Savior. Garth left us on Saturday, March 23, 2019. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Laureli; sons, Kevin (Lori-Ann) and Trevor (Cathy); grandchildren, Marisa, Katrina, Rebecca and Trevor Jr.; brothers, Ken (Sharon) and Russell (Ivy), sisters-in-law, Joan and Gerry; mother-in-law Regna (mom 48 years); sisters-in-law, Debby (Sheldon), Valdean (Darwin) and Kelly (Rob), uncle Eric and aunty Olie; so many loved nieces, nephews, cousins and incredible friends. Predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Elizabeth, siblings: Bruce, Dorothy, George, Marg and Gordon, and father-in-law Lawrence Bezo. Garth grew up in Foxwarren, MB. Garth and Laureli (Bezo) married March 6, 1971 and were blessed with sons, Kevin and Trevor. Garth was a very talented and respected manager of the meat department at the Courts IGA. He finished his career at Price Choppers. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 30 at 11:00 a.m. at St. James Lutheran Church at 871 Cavalier Dr., Winnipeg.
