MAZARIEGO
Elfega was born on April 19, 1941, in the Philippines and immigrated to Canada in 1969. She worked at Nygard International for 30 years.
Elfega will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Vidal; sons, Arthur, George (Melanie), and Aaron; five grandchildren, and best friend of almost 50 years Lourdes Catbagan. Remaining to cherish her memory are her family in the Philippines, the Ablang, Arquero, Balut, Cabacungan, Valdez families, extended family, and many friends. She will be remembered by her generosity and support to family and friends, along with her conviction in faith.
Lamay will be held on Friday, April 26, 2019, from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main St. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Parish, 250 Burrin Ave. Burial will follow at Glen Eden Memorial Gardens.
