It is with great sadness that her family announces the peaceful passing of Cheryl, on Tuesday, May 7, 2019, at the age of 72.
Cheryl is survived by her two children, Clinton and Debbie-Lynne, both of Winnipeg; her brother Randy (Noreen) of Saskatoon; and by her nephews, nieces and many cousins across the country. She was predeceased by her wonderful husband of 42 years, Lindsay.
Cheryl cherished her family. Being a former school teacher, she loved to be around children and she was a help to so many. The military life led them to posts across the country and she thoroughly enjoyed their years in Lahr, Germany. She was a devoted member of the church communities wherever their travel took them and was an especially beloved member of St. Chad's Anglican Church in Winnipeg. Cheryl will be remembered for her kind smile.
Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, May 21 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, donations would be appreciated to The Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
