LOUIS EMERY BLAIS
Born in Winnipeg, MB, he was the son of Edna Mary Blais and Joseph Louis Blais (Sr.).
Louis will be fondly remembered by family and friends as a loving, caring, fun loving and very hardworking man. He proudly worked for Canadian Tool and Die since 1986. Louis enjoyed everything about the outdoors, especially fishing and camping. Louis' kindness and gift of gab will always be cherished and missed by those that knew him.
He is survived by his wife Giselle Blais, daughter Sherri Vandal, sons, Emery and Michael Blais, sisters, Brenda Burridge and Mabel (Maurice) Frechette, brothers, Armand, Bruce and Harvey Blais, granddaughters, Channelle Vandal and Mackenzie Blais, as well as many nieces and nephews. Louis was predeceased by his father Louis Blais Sr. and his two brothers, Kelvin and Mark Blais.
A Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, May 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Deacon Denis Levasseur is officiating at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
