RAYMOND LAWRENCE FRASER, SR.
January 24, 1928 – May 16, 2019

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Raymond Fraser. Dad passed away peacefully with family at his side.
Left to mourn are his wife Isabel; sons, Raymond and David (Debbie); daughter Debby (Ken) Jorowski; daughter-in-law Marylis; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; stepdaughters, Valerie (Vern), Nowell (Barry), Dolores, Gloria (ex Joe), Melva (Doug), many stepgrandchildren and step-great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
Dad was predeceased by his first wife Lorraine; his sons, Lory and Thomas; as well as his parents, five brothers and four sisters.
Dad was a very loving man. He had a warm and kind personality along with a great work ethic. Dad worked as a produce manager for many years, as well as co-owned his own Tom Boy Store. Dad loved to make wooden lawn ornaments along with this son Lory. He loved camping, music, dancing and sports, especially hockey and curling. He loved spending time with family and always a smile on his face with a hello for everyone.
Dad spent the last few years battling Dementia and living at Tabor Home in Morden for the last two years. Sincere thank you to all the staff for the loving care and support they gave to Dad and our family.
Memorial service will be held 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 23, 2019 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul.
If you wish, donations can be made to Alzheimer Society of Manitoba or Heart & Stroke Foundation.
