BRIAN KREITZ
Brian worked at the Winnipeg airport during the winter and farmed his property in Piney, Manitoba from April 1979 until assuming a full-time position at the airport in January 1998, until his retirement on December 31, 2014. Brian loved the outdoors and was as an avid hunter and angler all his life.
He was predeceased by his father William and his mother Florence. Survived by his wife Barbara, of 40 years, mother-in-law Grace Quinn, sisters-in-law Diane (Doug) Bodnar, Carol (Lloyd) Landgraff, niece Holly Bodnar and nephews, Graham Bodnar, Scott and Kevin Landgraff. He will also be deeply missed by his many friends.
Cremation has taken place and no formal service will be held.
My sincerest thanks to Dr. Tan, Dr. Dawe, Dr. Gooi, all the staff at CancerCare Health Sciences Centre and the Grace Hospital, the Palliative team and Dr. Wiebe and team for all the care and compassion given to Brian during his illness.
