NICHOLAS RUDRICK
He is survived by his daughter Joanne (Brian) Enns, Aline (Lawrie) Wilkie; grandchildren, Darcy (Alana), Mikki (Kirk), Robynne, Chris (Wanda), Adina (Patrick), Stephen (Amber), Simone, Cody, Nikki (Justin), and Sam; great-grandchildren, Evan, Ryan, Alex, Sam, Adyson, Devon, Tyler, Chloe, Kian and Hugh.
Nick is predeceased by his wife Beth; his two siblings; his daughter Kathy (Arnold); and his son Brian.
Nick was born in Semans, SK October 6, 1924. He was an officer in the Canadian Air Force in the Second World War. He then received an agriculture degree at the University of Saskatchewan. Nick had a long career in the Assessment Branch of the Government of Saskatchewan. He was an active volunteer for many organizations including Scouts Canada, Parish Councils, School Councils, Knights of Columbus and Marian Center. In March 2012 Nick and Beth moved from Regina to Winnipeg.
Funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, June 27, 2019 at St. Peter's Church, 748 Keewatin Street, Winnipeg, MB. Reception to follow at Amber Meadows.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association of Manitoba, 401-1 Wesley Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3C 4C6.
