LYNNE WALL
June 8, 1948 - June 27, 2019
Thank you for everything. Thank you for our wonderful childhoods, your love and many memories.
We were all so proud of you for overcoming the loss of Dad and starting your life over again, that must have been so hard to be without someone you met at 17, but you surprised us all and persevered, eventually retiring in your dream home in Sandy Hook.
Then, you made us so very proud again with your strength and courage these past few years. You fought like no other. You amazed us everyday with your determination. You didn't want to go and we didn't want you to leave, but we had to let you go into the arms of Dad.
Mom, we promise to honour your memory everyday. We promise to stick together, we promise to speak of you often to your grandchildren, as it broke your heart to know you wouldn't see them grow up.
Now, rest Mom, rest knowing you raised us right.
Till we meet again... Hope you are able to dance now.

I’m sorry I didn’t write this till now but I wanted you to know that we were saddened to hear about your mom's passing. I was a first cousin to your dad Gary and his loss was huge for our family as well. He was a very good man as was your mother a lovely woman. She was a real lady. So sorry to hear of Lynne’s passing. We lost touch a long time ago when they moved away from the Airlies Sreet but I remember her and her sisters and brother. I’m sad to hear of her passing. I’m truly sad for the devastating loss of my sister. She fought a tremendous battle. She loved her family “to the moon and back” . Many years ago my sis and I danced and walked home late at night. Talking all the way home. The bus never did come. We really didn’t care. We would text a lot. Sometimes in the wee hours of the night. I miss those texts. Everyone who knew Lynne will definitely miss her, especially her children & they will miss her immensely. Lynne was a wonderful mum. Al & Lynne shared a special thing too. Bathrobe day. Lol!
