RUSSELL GRENKOW
Russell will be greatly missed by his wife of 63 years, Mary, sons, Colin (Debbie), Grant (Melissa) and Darryl (Candace); grand-children, Laryssa (Sidney), Trevor, Meagan (Kevin), Dylan, Sydney, Tyler, Hayden, Brooke and Jilly, and great-grandson Nathan, as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.
We would like to thank the amazing compassion and care we received from the nurses and doctors at Grace and Misericordia Hospitals.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, July 6, at 11:00 a.m., at the Neil Bardal Funeral Centre, 3030 Notre Dame Ave., across from Brookside Cemetery.

It was a Great loss to see the last member of the senior Grenkow family pass on tothe next existence. Spent several summer holidays working on the farm with Uncle Russ and enjoyed those memorial times. My sincerest condolences to Auntie Mary. I am so sorry to hear of my Uncle Russel's passing. He was a super great guy, lots of fun to be with when I was a child, with a great sense of humor. Time and distance separated us and it was not until this evening, that I heard the sad news. My most sincere condolences to his wife, my Auntie Mary, and his family. Saddened to hear of Russ's passing. Not only was he a family friend but also my dentist. His diagnosis and the guidance he gave my parents gave me the mouth I have today. I am sorry I can't be there on July 6 as I will be out of town. My sincere condolences to Mary and her family. He will be missed and never forgotten.
