We lived beside Val and Elmer for approximately 8 years and Val was the best neighbor we have ever had. If ever we needed anything or just a friendly hello she was there. When she baked anything she always was willing to share. She turned me onto rhubarb as she certainly shared that bit of heaven with us. I will miss knowing that she isn't there when I think of our time on Cork Avenue as she was a very big part of our time there. My condolences to you Elmer and Kim and the family for the tragic loss of someone so special. - Posted by: Anita and Victor Antonio (Old neighbor) on: Jul 05, 2019
