JANE FLORENCE HARES
(nee RENNIE)
April 18, 1934 - June 24, 2019
She will be lovingly remembered by her daughter Candace, son-in-law Michael, and close family friends. Jane was predeceased by her parents, Florence and David Rennie, sister Evelyn Rennie, and brother James Rennie.
Jane was very private, independent, and extremely happy to still be living in her own home until her passing.
Until very recently she volunteered with High Steppers Seniors Club, Windsor Park United Church Tot Time, and Windsor Park United Church Pastoral Care Visitation Program.
Family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Jane's family physician Dr. Kevin Coates, the doctors and nurses of the St. Boniface Hospital Emergency Department, and all ICMS staff for their kind, compassionate, and respectful care of Jane.
A memorial service will be held at Windsor Park United Church, 1062 Autumnwood Dr. on Thursday, July 11 at 1:30 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in memory of Jane may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, 1379 Kenaston Blvd., Winnipeg, MB R3P 2T5.
