I was saddened to hear of Elton's passing. My condolences to the family. I remember Elton from our times together at George V elementary and Elmwood High School. Elton was always kind and considerate of others, friendly and had a good sense of humor. To the family, hold on to your memories of the good times and to each other. Rest in Peace Elton. - Posted by: Aubrey Settee (School and neighbourhood friend) on: Jul 16, 2019

I remember Elton as a very young boy on Martin Avenue in Elmwood. Teasing, and just have fun with his siblings and his parents. Life was not always easy but the Noga Family did what they could and it was always never to much to have one more person over. My condolences to the whole family and thinking of all of you. Elton rest in peace... - Posted by: Renate (Lohr) Gardy (Friend of his sister: Arlene who was my maid of honour) on: Jul 13, 2019
