Phyllis will be forever remembered by her husband Mitch, daughter Michelle (Trevor), son Darryll (Angela) and her grandchildren, Parker, Connor, Eva, Ryan and Dylan.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on July 26, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Bethel Community Church at 430 Lakewood Blvd.
