NICHOLAS ZAJIC
Besides his wife Irene, of 56 years, Nick is survived by daughter Susan (David) Benfold, stepgranddaughter Jessica (Stu) Margetts, son Brad, stepgreat-grandson Max, brother Morris (Emily), sister-in-law Josie, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by his parents, Tillie and John, and brothers, Mike (Eva) and Emil.
Nick was born in Venlaw on April 8, 1938. He was a lifetime employee of MTS, starting as a phone repairman and retired as a Property Acquisition Manager. In his spare time Nick enjoyed working in his woodworking shop crafting ducks and furniture, and golfing.
Memorial service will be held on Monday, July 22, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul, MB.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba.
