IRENE ADELA WAGNER
She was predeceased by her parents, Pavlina and Frantisek Fleischer, and her husband, Vilem Wagner.
Irene immigrated to Canada in 1969 and joined her husband who had escaped Czechoslovakia after Prague Spring. Canada offered Irene many opportunities and she loved travelling across it with her husband.
Thank you to the staff of Extendicare Tuxedo Villa for the wonderful care in the last years of Irene's life.
Donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba or CancerCare Manitoba Foundation in lieu of flowers.
Memorial service will be held on Monday, July 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue.
