KIRK BERNARD PERRY
October 26, 1952 - August 2, 2019
Kirk will be remembered with love by his sister Deborah, niece Sarah and great-nephew, Isaac, as well as his aunt, uncle, and numerous cousins.
Kirk was predeceased by his parents, Bernard and Stephanie; sisters, Susan and Alison (Askewe), and brother Kenn.
Kirk had many talents growing up, including an exceptional music ability as a drummer. As well as playing in a local band, he worked for a time as a professional radio DJ. Always inventing things, he set up his own ham radio as a teenager, managing to broadcast his choice of music to much of the neighbourhood. Kirk was a quiet but friendly soul who was regarded fondly by those who had the opportunity to get to know him well.
The family would like to thank the medical team at Seven Oaks Hospital for caring for Kirk in his final weeks, as well as his community worker and his kind superintendents for all their efforts.
Memorial and interment to take place at a later date.
If desired, financial donations or gifts-in-kind (including musical instruments for children) may be made to the West Broadway Youth Outreach, (204) 774-0451, www.westbroadwayyouthoutreach.com.

I met him many years ago when we worked at Grant Park Mc Donalds. He was a friend of my brothers so we had alot in common with hat and he knew alot of the same people I knew both being that we were from FortGarry . He was a really nice guy he was always respectful and he knew how to cook up a mean burger back in the day . I knew he was in a band and that he played drums. I never got to hear him play but I was told he was an excellent drummer. Its sad that he went far too young . I send love and hugs to all his family and friends Carol Paci nee (Belford) - Posted by: Carol Paci (friend) on: Aug 12, 2019
