(nee TYLER)
Gladys was predeceased by her loving husband Fred.
She is survived by her children, Denise McIntosh (Dewar), Glenn (Marilyn), Myrna (daughter-in-law), Gary (Debbie), Bruce, Brian (Joan), Gord and Gregg (Pamela). Gladys is also survived by her sisters, Viola and Verna; 16 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Floyd and Mabel Tyler, sister Florence, and son Doug.
Gladys was born in Riding Mountain on January 25, 1926.
After leaving home, Gladys moved to Winnipeg, working at Trans-Canada Airlines where she met and married Fred Parker. Mom and Dad celebrated 60 years of marriage in 2004. Gladys was an active member of Bethel Baptist Church, serving in many areas for years. She has passed on her deep faith in Jesus Christ to her family. In recent years Mom enjoyed her weekly outings at the Day Program at Oakview Place.
Memorial service will be held Saturday, August 17, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue. Private interment.
