July 24, 1927 - August 20, 2019
He is survived by his loving wife Anita, four daughters and their families, along with one sister and her family.
Neil was predeceased by one son-in-law Sean, and two brothers.
The memorial service will be held on Monday, August 26, 2019, at 11:00 a.m. at North Kildonan Mennonite Church, 1131 Roch Street, Winnipeg, MB.
Donations in memory of Neil may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Manitoba.

My deepest sympathies to you all! Grandpa Kasper was always very warm and welcoming to me, every time I met him. I will always remember the sparkle in his eye.
