ALAN A. PEARSON
He leaves behind his only son Carey (Roxanne) Pearson, and nieces, Colleen and Susan.
Alan was predeceased by his father Bert, mother Mable, and sister Diane.
He spent 40 years doing what he loved most, behind the wheel and in charge of the road. His travels took him coast to coast and from the Arctic to Mexico.
He enjoyed living in Las Vegas for many years and spent some time in Arkansas before moving back home to Canada, to enjoy our winters. During his travels he made many friends and was loved by all that knew him.
He will be greatly missed and as per his wishes, no funeral service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CancerCare Manitoba, 1160-675 McDermot Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3E 0V9.
The family would like to thank everyone who came to visit and the wonderful nurses and staff at the Selkirk General Hospital for their exceptional care.

So sorry to hear that Al has passed. Condolences to Carey and his family; to Colleen & Susan Reid, Al's nieces, and to Jeremy, his great nephew. First met Al in 1960 as his sister Diane and I worked for the same company at the time. Diane and Dave were good friends and I also remember Al's parents.
