A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 7, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, with reception to follow. Fred will be laid to rest at Brookside Cemetery, 3001 Notre Dame Avenue following the reception.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice.
