Heartfelt sympathy to Al and family. Memories are of a spirited lady, always gracious, feisty and lots of laughs. Very much appreciated when she and Al appeared at a council meeting with us. Her succint comments with a touch of humor shot down a ridiculous proposal for a seniors complex in Garson, couched in rhetoric of goodwill for seniors, when she mentioned, that from experience she knew seniors seldom want a place where they have to negotiate stairs all the time! Our wedding day out in S.S.F. was a day to remember and you were there in the heat (no a/c) and the day after party, there was the wash tub incident and you were such a good sport and laughed along with the rest of us...42 years and I still get a anniversary card every year from you two.
