WILLIAM (BILL) EDMUND LANGE
May 12, 1928 - October 4, 2019
He is now united with his Lord and Savior. Special thanks to the staff for their care and compassion to all of us.
Bill will be sadly missed by his daughters, Cindy Hall and Candis Wall; and his grandchildren, Austin, Jacob and Ethan; as well as his very special friend Rita Herrmann. He is survived by his brothers, Gerry and Marvin (Carol); sisters, Betty and Doreen; sister-in-law Doreen (Herbie); and brother-in-law Tommy; many nieces and nephews; as well as many dear friends.
Bill was predeceased by his wife Marge, who passed in 1994, after almost 42 years of marriage; parents, Rose and Ed; parents-in-law, Bertha and Alex Locht; siblings, Maureen and Norm; brothers-in-law, Herb, Eddie and Garry; sisters-in-law Betty, Ruth and Jean.
He was a loving friend, father, grandfather and supportive in more ways than we can ever express.
Both Cindy and Candis are grateful for all the companionship, love and care that Rita shared with Dad for the last 22 years.
He will be forever sadly missed and we will always cherish our memories.
Funeral will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 401 Kildare Ave. W., Winnipeg.
If desired, donations in his memory may be made to a charity or church of your choice.

He was one of the best card players. He had a photo to prove it or many photos. We sure miss him at Good Neighbors - Posted by: Lynne K (card player/friend) on: Nov 19, 2019

Our sincerest condolences on the passing of your partner, father and grandfather. Bill was very dedicated to his church, helping with the maintenance of the church with Vic Dewar for many years. We enjoyed his friendship and companionship at breakfasts after church services, which he initiated many years ago. He had a lively sense of humor, and was always very caring and supportive of anyone. We saw him each summer after we moved to Calgary several years ago, and valued both his and Rita's friendship very much. So sorry for your loss, Rita, Candis and Cindy. We are sorry we could not make it to the funeral. - Posted by: Dennis and Lillian Kozak (Long time friends) on: Oct 20, 2019

My Sincere Sympathy Cindy and Candis and Rita too. I have so many fond memories of Willie in the last few years when he was still mobile and he and Rita would come out to celebrate Willie Klaprat's birthday here in Beausejour at the Senior Centre where I live. We had good visits. I also remember when my cousins and I would get picked up on Saturday nights by Willie and Marge to go to dance's or party's at somebody's place or just to go for an Ice Cream. Of course 2 of the girls were Marge's sister's but they always picked Dorie and me up too. I'm sad to say I can't make it to the funeral, but my thoughts and prayers are with you all. All my love Cousin Alice Honke. - Posted by: Alice Honke (Cousin Inlaw) on: Oct 18, 2019
