Have known Carole for many years and we have shared many a good times both in Canada and in the U.K. Carole was a very good and dear friend and always full of fun and laughter and we had many wonderful visits and indulged in many a recipe. Her most favourite dish for starters was a bowl of Steamed mussels. Desserts were outstanding. Our trips will never be forgotten, she was also an avid reader and a true social butterfly. We loved her very much and she will be sorely missed. - Posted by: Indra and Richard & family (Close and very dear friend) on: Oct 14, 2019
