  • I met Ernie through work at Rivercrest Realty which became Block Bros. and then many, many years later at the Carleton Breakfast Club. He was always such a gentleman, kind, considerate, and interested in people and what they were all about. The world has lost a very classy man and I can only imagine the intense grief his family is experiencing. May the family take comfort in the lifetime of memories of times spent together. • Our sincerest sympathies to the family in the event of Ernie’s death. Although our lives took us in different directions in the past several years, we have many pleasant and fun memories of visits with Ernie and Vi over fondue dinners in earlier years. Parting on this Earth is painful, but through our faith in Jesus Christ we have the assurance of sharing a better life in Heaven. May the family experience the Peace that only God’s Son can bring. - Posted by: Ralph and Gail Eichler (Friends) on: Oct 23, 2019
