In lieu of flowers, a donation to Operation Smile or CancerCare Manitoba Foundation may made.

I had the joy of working with Helen at Vincent Massey Collegiate. I was a new, young teacher at the time and she was always so kind, sincere and sweet. I listened with happiness to the stories of her Grandchildren in whom she took such delight. I was then so happy when a few years later her dear Curtis actually became my student (and she was right- he was awesome!) Helen modelled excellence in her care with others, and her stellar work ethic (never worked with her equal yet! She was a step above!)
