MARIE THERESE EILEEN BAKER
June 25, 1942 - October 26, 2019

It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of our mom, nana and great-nana on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at the Grace Hospice, with family by her side.
Born on June 25, 1942 in Haywood, Manitoba, she grew up on the family farm until they later moved to Winnipeg. Living most of her life in Winnipeg, she also spent a number of years on the British Columbia Coast, making many great friends along the way.
Predeceased by her son Randy (Robillard) Baker; parents, George and Agnes Langhan; brothers, Neil and Leonard McIvor; sisters-in-law, Yvonne and Denise; nephew Freddy McIvor; and two previous husbands, Carly Baker and Jean Robillard.
Remaining to cherish her memory are her children, Kathy, Kenny (Lorelei) and Tammy (Johnny); grandchildren, Crystan, Kaitlyn (Sheldon), James (Julie), Taylur, Megan (Zach), Natalie (Brandon), Richard, Adam and Rayden; great-grandchildren, Kasandra, Alex, Dylan and Archer.
Also left behind are aunts, many nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews, dearest cousins, many special friends and neighbours.
A private family interment will be held at a later date.
Our family would like to thank the nurses who cared for Mom in her home, doctors and nurses at Riverview Health Centre Palliative Care Unit, and the Angels at Grace Hospice for their care and compassion during her last days.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a charity of your choice, if you wish to do so.
