CHARLES (CHUCK) BICKELL
February 21, 1936 - November 20, 2019
Chuck is survived by his wife Joyce, the love of his life; stepchildren, Grant (Deb), Doug, Moreen (Wayne), Debra (Raymond); four grandchildren; one niece and two nephews.
He was predeceased by his mother Enid; father Norman; and two brothers, Bob and Ron.
Chuck was born on February 21, 1936 in Detroit, MI. He grew up in Windsor and Thunder Bay, ON. He married Joyce on August 6, 1996. Chuck worked for Bell Telephones and for Protech Scales. He eventually started his own bag closer business. Chuck loved Cadillacs, sports, pranks and laughter.
The family would like to thank Dr. Pelletier and staff on G2 Ward at Health Sciences Centre.
A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 at Glen Eden Funeral Home, 4477 Main Street, West St. Paul.

My condolences to Joyce, with whom I worked for many years, Moreen and Wayne whom I've known forever, and the entire family. Chuck and Joyce enjoyed many happy years together, and his sudden passing leaves a huge void. Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.
